We have two areas of initial research:
- We are exploring the degree of uncertainty that you face within your specific environment/ sector/ industry using a PESTLE (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal and Environmental) Analysis framework. We will all be faced with different challenges and also the ability to predict outcomes. This will help us understand our context and what/ where we need to develop Quantum Thinking, Leaders and Leadership in the organisation. Where to be agile and where to double down. This is a smart response rather than a one size fits all approach.
- We also then want to research the current ability of our Political, Government, Organisational Leaders to enable this. It helps identify the key areas to focus on from a mindset perspective from both an individual and culture of leadership perspective. This can deepen the research on leadership development from a broader eco-system lens that we will need for our future.
